Ordering & Shipping
Where do my orders ship from?
As a curated reseller through the Shopify Collective, your items may ship separately depending on the supplier. This allows us to offer a wider range of fresh, high-quality ingredients and natural living essentials from multiple trusted partners.
When will my order arrive?
Processing times and delivery estimates vary by supplier, but most orders ship within 2–5 business days. Tracking information will be provided once your items are on their way.
Will I receive multiple packages?
Yes, it’s possible! Since products may come from different suppliers, your order might arrive in more than one package. Don’t worry, you’ll receive updates and tracking for each shipment.
