Shipping & Processing Policy

At Natural Skincare Ingredients, our goal is to process and ship your order as efficiently as possible while maintaining the highest standards of freshness and quality.


Processing Times

Processing and shipping times are not the same.

  • Current processing times are 1–4 business days.

  • Shipping time is in addition to processing time and depends on the carrier and destination.

  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. CST.

Please note that any estimated delivery date provided by the carrier is an estimate only and not a guarantee of delivery time.


Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times may vary depending on the items ordered and the destination. Once a package has been tendered to the carrier, delivery speed and accuracy are outside of our control.

If your order appears lost or has not moved for at least seven (7) consecutive days, please contact us. Claims for replacement for a lost order can only be filed after seven (7) days.

We will do our best to resolve any shipping issues promptly and ensure your satisfaction.


Packaging and Product Freshness

Our products are not shipped in temperature-controlled packaging.

To ensure optimal freshness and stability, most items are filled from bulk inventory at the time of order processing. This approach allows us to provide ingredients with the longest possible shelf life and consistent quality.

Whether you purchase a sample or bulk quantity, you’ll receive the same premium-grade ingredient used across all package sizes.

Certain items, such as product bases and specialty blends, are produced on a weekly cycle. During periods of high demand, a brief delay may occur while we prepare a fresh batch to maintain quality and consistency.

Order Accuracy and Changes

Please double-check all information before submitting your order, including your shipping address.

  • Order changes or cancellations may be accommodated if time allows, but are not guaranteed once processing begins.

  • Natural Skincare Ingredients reserves the right to use an alternative carrier or service level of comparable speed if the appropriate shipping charges have not previously been paid for.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect, missing, or incomplete address, will be given the choice of a refund, minus original shipping cost, or reshipment of the order at the customer's expense.

The order notes section is only for messages directed to fulfillment staff. Any delivery instructions should be added on the second line of your address during checkout.

Any issue not expressly covered in this policy will be resolved at the sole discretion of Natural Skincare Ingredients.

If you experience any problem with your order, please contact us during normal business hours before leaving a review or initiating a claim through your payment provider. We are committed to resolving any issue directly and promptly.
