We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery for assistance.
Because our products are specialty raw ingredients, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items for safety and quality reasons.

Once we review your request, we’ll let you know if a replacement or refund can be issued. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out immediately. We’ll work with our fulfillment partners to make it right.
Restocking Fees
A restocking fee of 25% will be imposed on all customer returned items. This fee covers:
Labor, Supplies, Payment processing fees, and Product loss
This is simply to discourage unnecessary returns for products like natural ingredients that can’t be reused.
A small restocking fee:
Encourages customers to double-check before ordering.
Reduces frivolous or “change of mind” returns.
Keeps your pricing fair for everyone by limiting waste.
