Formulated without parabens, formaldehyde, or GMOs, Geogard® ECT combines benzyl alcohol, salicylic acid, glycerin, and sorbic acid to deliver antimicrobial activity while maintaining formulation integrity. It’s suitable for emulsions, surfactant systems, and other water-based products with a finished pH of 3.0–8.0.

Perfect for lotions, creams, toners, cleansers, and masks, this preservative requires no heat to incorporate and is compatible with most natural formulations.

• Phase Addition: Add during the cool-down phase below 45°C (113°F)
• Testing: Conduct a microbial challenge test for all commercial formulations
