Derived from the same beneficial microorganisms used in traditional fermentation (like kimchi and sauerkraut), Leucidal® SF Max uses probiotic technology to inhibit microbial growth naturally. During production, lysozyme is introduced to carefully lyse the bacterial cells, releasing potent peptides that defend formulations against bacteria, yeast, and mold.
